MRB Minibus Hire Basingstoke

MRB Minibus Hire maintains any vehicle it uses to a very high standard. They are serviced in accordance with manufacturer's instructions and safety inspected every 8 weeks. Should the vehicle fail mechanically then MRB Minibus cannot be held responsible for any financial losses incurred by the hirer.

Deposits are not normally required. If a cancellation is made greater than 6 days before the booking date, then no costs will be incurred by the hirer. A cancellation at 5 days notice will attract a payment of 20% of the quoted price. Four days will incur 40% of the price, 3 days 60%, 2 days 80% and a cancellation on the day of a booking will require payment in full. If a substitute booking can be arranged by MRB Minibus Hire, then these charges will be waived at the owners' discretion.

No food or drink is to be consumed on any vehicle operated by MRB Minibus Hire. The exception would be water in plastic bottles and food necessary for medical reasons.

Should any "illness" occur on the vehicle due to alcohol, then a cleanup charge of £75 is to be paid immediately the incident occurs. The driver reserves the right to stop the journey until such time as payment is made. The driver has the right to deny access to the vehicle if, in his opinion, a passenger is unfit to travel.
